As a Business Transformation Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Work with the client's IT team to assist existing MES ( sub as SiView ) system in semiconductor wafer process manufacturing.
- Familiar with project developing cycle from requirement taking, developing, testing and lead the developing team for project delivery.
- Participate in the project requirements taking and communicate with relevant stakeholders to determine system functionality and features.
- Participate in the design of the overall structure and architecture of the software system to ensure it meets project requirements.
- Participate in the developing to conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure the correctness and stability of the software.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance: Resolve issues in production environments and update and maintain software as needed.
- Team collaboration and learning : Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, testers, and designers, to advance project progress together. And continuous learning: Keep track of new technological trends and developments, continuously learn and improve skill levels to stay competitive.

- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and consulting skill to assist clients in clarifying manufacturing operations and identifying their needs, and implementing them on MES systems through customized program development.
- Good programming skill in language such as C/C++, Java, database SQL etc. Familiar with commonly used software development tools such as Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), code editors, etc. Understanding of database design and management, ability to work with common database systems such as DB2, Oracle, etc. Ability to design software system architectures, including layered architectures, modular design, etc. Familiarity with software testing methods and tools, ability to conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing. Understanding of version control systems such as Git, ability to effectively manage code versions.
- With MES domain knowhow: familiar with user requirements in Manufacturing MES features..
- Fluent in Chinese reading, listening, writing, and speaking/fluent in English reading and writing.
l Experience in mainstream application framework, open source packages
l Actual participating in agile project environment, especially Scrum process
