Account Field Marketing Responsibilities:
- Relationship and engagement with Account Segments sales leaders
- Participate in Squads Sales cadence
- Pipeline analysis and proactively planning with sales stakeholder how to make Q+ weekly target
- Understand Accounts segment assigned, its business priorities and translate into marketing strategy and objectives
- Leverage deep customer, market, and competitor insights to build the marketing and communications strategy to create and capture market demand.
- Efficient alignment with LA/Americas/Global guidelines/reports/process. In order to leverage assets/methodologies, content, etc
- Audience/Industry treatment SME. Gather insights on target accounts and buyers to build target audiences
- Annual/quarterly planning for portfolio/named account Marketing GTM
- Expertly engage target buyers to drive meaningful senior client engagement yielding to IBM outcomes within the accounts selected
- Be a catalyst that make Portfolio Value preposition is represented across M&C disciplines accordingly to purpose of segment assigned
- Lead extended marketing, communications, and sales teams to execute projects launches, customer journeys, and market moments to deliver business outcomes.
- Develop and orchestrate omnichannel audience journeys, creating and lead squad dynamic. (Multi-Disciplines/areas)
- Communicate Audience Journeys progress/outcomes
- Content definition and creation of compelling messaging according to audience target.
- Communicate marketing plan and its progress/outcomes with discipline
As Brazil Marketing Ambassador - Engagement with Country GM to be local Marketing ambassador and enable the cluster to benefit from LA marketing structure
- Understand local business and input to LA Marketing strategy development
- Be a catalyst for Cluster to make gain the maximum optimization of Latin America marketing structure to serve at cluster level. (Brazil, Mexico, NSSA and SSSA)
- Keep Cluster GM updated on Marketing plan progress and outcomes. 1) Establish a monthly update of Marketing Initiatives landed in cluster and 2) Quarterly Plans planning session 3) Quarter Game Plan presentation
Participate in Country GM´s key sales and strategy cadence
- Deep and evidenced ABM and BTB Marketing Experience. Preferred experience in Technology Companies
- Executive Engagement and collaboration Skills, Experience demonstrated and High Executive communication skills
- Orientation on Performance and Outcome focus
- Leadership skills (Multi-disciplines coordination/orchestration across country)
- Local Market and networking with 3er Party such as Demand generation agencies/marketing associations & Councils
- Advanced use of Collaboration Technical tools (to gain efficiency in sharing projects, tracking and communications
- Advanced English
