役割と責任

Gestão Operacional

  • Supervisionar todas as atividades de processamento de folha de pagamento, incluindo cálculos, encargos sociais, benefícios e obrigações acessórias.
  • Garantir a execução dos processos conforme políticas internas e legislação vigente.

Liderança de Equipe

  • Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo desenvolvimento, engajamento e alta performance.
  • Definir metas, acompanhar resultados e implementar planos de melhoria contínua.
  • Relacionamento com Clientes
  • Atuar como parceiro estratégico, garantindo alinhamento com expectativas, SLAs e KPIs definidos.
  • Gerenciar comunicação clara e eficaz com stakeholders internos e externos.

Compliance e Auditoria

  • Assegurar conformidade com legislação trabalhista, previdenciária e fiscal.
  • Coordenar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo aderência às normas e mitigação de riscos.

Gestão de Indicadores

  • Monitorar KPIs operacionais e financeiros, propondo ações para otimização de processos.
  • Implementar práticas de melhoria contínua visando eficiência e redução de riscos.

Transformação Digital

  • Liderar iniciativas de automação e inovação nos processos de folha de pagamento.
  • Avaliar e implementar soluções tecnológicas que aumentem a produtividade e qualidade.

Gestão de Projetos

  • Conduzir projetos de transição, migração de sistemas e integração de novos clientes.
  • Garantir entregas dentro do escopo, prazo e orçamento estabelecidos.

  • Experiência sólida: Em gestão de folha de pagamento, preferencialmente em ambiente BPO em empresas de alta volumetria.
  • Conhecimentos Técnicos: Legislação trabalhista e previdenciária, sistemas de folha, HR ERPs.
  • Competências: Liderança, gestão de stakeholders, visão estratégica, foco em resultados e capacidade de conduzir transformação digital.
