【ポジション概要、ミッション 】
テクノロジー事業本部 Expert Labs（EL）のサービス契約事務を担当します。
ELはIBMテクノロジー製品に関する専門性を持ち、お客様が製品の価値をより早く享受頂けるよう有償の支援サービスを実行するチームです。

Cross PSはEL全BUに対しDelivery/Sellerの生産性向上を目的とし、サービス契約処理を早くかつスムーズに実施できるようサポートをするRoleです。

またサービス契約処理に限らず、ELの生産性向上施策全般に参加・寄与します。


【業務内容】
サービス契約処理について、以下のようなActivityを担当します

・契約処理の代行、特定案件の契約処理のリード

・Process品質向上を目的としたProcessおよびガイドに基づく処理内容確認や、内容確認によるDelivery/Sellerのサポート（主に例外的な処理を想定）

・契約処理サポート体制の確立や改善（代行入力など）

・生成AIなどを活用した自動化による契約業務の生産性向上

・契約処理に関するガイドの発行、情報発信、Enablementの実施（プロセス変更や契約システム変更・更改含む）

・その他、契約/サービス・デリバリー時の事務処理に関する代行/サポート

 

必要とされる学歴

必要な専門的および技術的知識

・フルタイムで就労可能であること。
・日本語での会話やメール、資料作成など就労可能な言語能力を持っていること。また、メールやドキュメントで英語を使うことに抵抗感がないこと。

・他部門およびGlobal teamといった幅広い関係者との適切なコミュニケーションができること。

・事務処理に抵抗がなく、関係者への事務処理サポートや事務処理に関する課題解決についてオーナーシップを持ち、興味・関心を持って取り組めること。

・生成AIを活用した業務改善の立案・計画・実行ができこと。

・効果的なコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力を有すること。
