In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Work experiences you could be exposed to:
- Market Dynamics: Immersing yourself in primary research and collaborate with dynamic teams assisting clients in navigating market trends and refining competitive strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Support operational improvement by designing models for a seamless client experience, contributing to heightened efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes.

Interest in one or more of the following types of consulting: package, security, strategy, application, business transformation, or experience.
- Minimum required education: High school diploma and actively pursuing a higher education degree in a relevant field.
- Sponsorship: IBM will not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Eligible candidates must not require sponsorship now or in the future to be considered.
- Required work location: These positions, anticipated to start in 2026, will be based at the Baton Rouge, Louisiana Client Innovation Center.
- Must be local to your assigned Client Innovation Center location or willing to relocate prior to your start date at your own expense.
- Average on-site work requirement at the local IBM office is at least 3 days per week.
- While the role typically requires minimal business travel, candidates should be willing to travel up to 100% if needed, based on work assignments.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions.
- Demonstrated foundational quantitative analysis skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Exposure to one or more of the following programming technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL) is a plus.
