In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. You will join IBM Consulting via our world-class Associates Program for university hires. As an Associate Package Consultant at IBM Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients worldwide. 役割と責任

As an Associate Package Consultant at IBM, you will help to assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions, such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce, to meet client needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:  

 

  • Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged software solutions
  • Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management  
  • Facilitate or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios
  • Use IBM's Design Thinking to help solve client's challenges

 

These positions are anticipated to start in 2026. We have positions opened in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana Client Innovation Center.

  • Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
  • Openness to assist clients in the design, business architect, process development, functional implementation, and support of applications.
  • Ability to thrive in an ever changing, technology based consulting environment

  • Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights


Required work location: 

  • Must be local to your assigned Client Innovation Center location or willing to relocate prior to your start date at your own expense
  • Average onsite work requirement of 3 days per week
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
