As a System Automation and World Wide Automated Operation Products (WWAO) Developer, your role focuses on maintaining and supporting the IBM CIO Z environment.
The scope of work includes: (1) work with the team on issues and tickets related with WWAO and SA participating on shifts to guarantee 24x7 support (2) work on integration of System Automation with other IBM tools such as Service Management Unite and Omegamon  (3) collaborate with other teams in order to provide input from an automation perspective acting as a automation architect . (4) Perform install, upgrades, customization and troubleshooting for SA and related tools

 As a System Automation and World Wide Automated Operation Products (WWAO) Developer, your role focuses on maintaining and supporting the IBM CIO Z environment.

• Works in an agile, collaborative environment to build, deploy, configure, and maintain systems for IBM Z, which may include infrastructure development, software installations/uninstallations, updates, and core services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements, identify vulnerabilities, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Automates, measures and optimizes the system performance and processes.
• Works with tools like System Automation, WWAO, REXX, Netview Pipes JCL

5 + years of experience in System Automation and WWAO.

•    5 + years of z/OS

•    Other Skillls required : REXX / CLIST, TSO, ISPF, JCL, NETVIEW PIPES

•    Experience assisting z/OS teams transforming to modern development processes.

•    Embraced an Agile culture and employed relevant fit-for-purpose methodologies and tools such as Trello, GitHub, Jira, Excel, MS Project etc

•    Good Communication skills and ability to lead global teams remotely.



• Works with tools like System Automation, WWAO, REXX, Netview Pipes JCL

•    Knowledge and Advanced activities/monitoring with: CICS, IMS,

•    DB2, MQ, Network.

•    Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure concepts related to z/OS.

•    4+ years of experience supporting complex organizations

•    Passionate about open communication and facilitating multiple stakeholder inputs into solutioning and planning

•    Strong organization and execution, able to lead planning and execution, able to articulate to stakeholders and manage risks.

•    Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
