In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Has knowledge, experience and expertise across the major business processes they support for their clients. Understands their client's strategy, priorities, operations and broadly leverage this knowledge to advance business process differentiation. These roles are required to handle / understand complex transactions (platform exceptions), develop and implement innovative process initiatives, deploy leading edge solutions which match their client's tactical and strategic requirements, work with IBM development teams on requirements, functions and iterations of leading edge solutions and lead training & quality activities related to those solutions. These professionals require skills in business operations, process management and compliance, industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client's core business processes.
Analytical Problem Solving :
- Shows developing skills in analytical thinking and begins to apply basic techniques to solve problems with some guidance. Recognizes patterns and trends in data with support.
- Simplifies existing procedures by documenting and refining workflows, making it easier for team members to follow.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
- Engages in independent analysis and discussions with peers to provide recommendations or solutions after considering various possibilities. Starts to use basic analytical tools to aid in problem identification.

1. Native or near native Japanese skill, JLPT-1 or above.
2. Fluent communication in verbal Japanese is a must.
3. Bachelor’s/College Degree or above, preferably Human Resources related major.
5. Intermediate in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
6. Good computer and internet navigation skills.
7. Logical, organized, detailed, with strong analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
