In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Has process knowledge and experience across the business processes supported for their clients; understands a client's strategy, priorities, and operations in the context of daily operational activities. This role is required to conduct daily process transactions, develop and implement process and operational improvements to meet client and IBM requirements. These professionals require skills in business operations, process management and compliance and an understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client's core business processes. 1. Native or near native Japanese skill, JLPT-2 or above level.
2. Bachelor’s/College Degree or above, preferably Human Resources related major.
4. Intermediate in MS Excel/Word.
5. Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
6. Logical, organized, detailed, with good analytical skills
