IBM Seeks Support Agent to our Technical Support Center in Oslo for Portable PC.
Job description:
-Support of on the phone, chat and mail to both private and business customers, mainly for Lenovo ThinkPad.
- Troubleshooting with customers on the phone, and eg remote control to the customer's PC.
- Support to our technicians with what spare parts to use and technical instructions.
- Support for hardware and software such as driver routines and pre-installed OS.
The person we are looking for:
- Polite and outgoing, with experience and knowledge of PCs.
- Candidates with education as an IKT Service Employee or in Computer electronics will be preferred. Certificate (Fagbrev) is an advantage.
- Be independent, take your own initiative, be service minded.
- Teamplayer.
- Good Norwegian language skills
- Good English language skills
