In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

役割と責任
Como Assistente de Processo – Central de Atendimento de RH, você é responsável por receber chamadas, e-mails ou chats e resolver dúvidas relacionadas ao RH dos funcionários. Você deve ser flexível para trabalhar em turnos. 

Suas principais responsabilidades incluem:
· Educar e documentar os questionadores sobre os processos sempre que necessário.
· Fornecer atendimento de qualidade ao cliente em todas as interações;
· Identificar, investigar, analisar e resolver problemas identificados no processo;
· Monitorar e processar tickets no sistema;
· Forneça suporte de piso para escalonamento e resolução de consultas.

· Relevante experiência no HR Contact Center em empresas de TI. 
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação em espanhol, tanto oral quanto escrita.
· Proficiente em lidar com consultas de operações de contact center de RH por meio de chamadas recebidas, bate-papo e e-mail.
· Antecipar proativamente possíveis problemas, ajusta as prioridades de trabalho para atender às crescentes necessidades dos clientes e inicia acompanhamentos com os principais clientes sobre resoluções e planos de ação.
· Colaborar efetivamente com as partes interessadas internas e externas e influencia positivamente a solução de problemas e melhorias de processos.
· Demonstrar excelentes habilidades de atendimento ao cliente, comunicando-se de forma eficaz em todos os níveis organizacionais e resolve habilmente problemas desafiadores de atendimento ao cliente.
