役割と責任

Drawing up and monitoring action plans, setting targets and deadlines based on the client's objectives. Promoting training, meetings and team integration, following up processes, monitoring and ensuring the correct execution of the area's processes, suggesting operational and strategic improvements, controlling results, following up performance indicators (KPIs), resolving conflicts, mediating internal problems. In the Natural Gas product.
