In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

役割と責任

Vous souhaitez travailler dans le domaine des technologies JAVA/J2EE, dans un environnement international ? Intégrer une équipe où l’IA fait partie intégrante de notre stack, pour aller plus vite, plus loin, et avec plus d’impact ?  

Vous avez décidé de faire partie – ou souhaitez faire partie – d’une structure inédite, au sein du centre de services pour intégrer le pôle JAVA qui compte 60 collaborateurs organisés en équipes ?

En tant que Leader Technique vous serez donc amené à intervenir sur des projets au service d’une multitude de secteurs d’activités.  


A ce titre, vous serez un acteur majeur à toutes les étapes de nos différents projets et aurez comme missions : 

  • D’être force de proposition et d’accompagner les développeurs dans les équipes
  • De participer à une guilde de tech leads
  • De réaliser des conceptions techniques
  • De développer des applications et être en support aux équipes
  • Intégrer et déployer les applications (principes SOLID, CI/CD, GitLab)
  • Réaliser les tests d’intégration et recettes des applications développées
  • D’être un support technique et managérial
  • De contrôler la qualité et gérer la dette technique
  • Être capable de tirer parti des outils d’IA pour produire un code plus rapide, plus fiable et plus maintenable.

Vous disposez d'une expérience de 7+ ans en développement backend, dont 2+ en tant que référent ou lead. Vous maîtrisez un large éventail de technologies et d’outils, parmi les suivants : 

 

  • Solide maîtrise de l’écosystème Java et des architectures distribuées.
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions techniques avec pragmatisme.
  • Excellente communication, esprit d’équipe et sens du partage.
  • Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit indispensable.
  • Expérience avec les outils d'intégration et de déploiement continu.
  • À l’aise en méthode Agile (Scrum, Kanban) et avec les cycles produit rapides.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) des possibilités offertes par l’intelligence artificielle et aimez explorer de nouveaux cas d’usage

Stack Technique :

  • Langage principal : Java 8/ 11 /17 +, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, React
  • Architecture : microservices, REST APIs, architecture hexagonale
  • Base de données : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, 
  • DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, SonarQube, 
  • Cloud : AWS / Azure)/ IBM Cloud
  • Méthodologies & tests : TDD, BDD, DDD, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium, Postman
  • Outils de gestion de projet : JIRA / ALM Octane
