We are seeking a proactive and analytical student worker to support our team in optimizing internal workflows and managing compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with process improvement initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and audit coordination.

役割と責任

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process optimization and flowchart visialization
  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Evaluate and propose genAI solutions
  • Support data-driven decision-making

Other tasks:

  • Translate technical documentation 
  • Take ownership of the audit process, including communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and facilitate kick-off meetings with external partners

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with process mapping and optimization.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards (e.g., ISAE 3000) is a plus.
