A Services Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing sales by providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of our company's products and services, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential clients through various channels, existing IBM clients , personal networking.
- Needs assessment: Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' unique requirements and pain points.
- Solution selling: Developing and presenting tailored solutions that address clients' specific needs.
- Relationship building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Sales cycle management: Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Customer satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Sales reporting: Tracking sales activities and performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, marketing, and customer support, to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Proven experience in selling services in a complex IT environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business management, or a related field.
