We are seeking a skilled IBM Maximo Developer to join our team and contribute to the customization, integration, and optimization of Maximo applications. This role involves hands-on development, system enhancements, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver robust enterprise asset management solutions.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Customize and configure IBM Maximo applications using Java, MBOs, Automation Scripts, and BIRT reports
- Develop and maintain Maximo workflows, escalations, and cron tasks to support business processes
- Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware tools
- Perform Maximo upgrades, patching, and performance tuning to ensure system reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo functionality and performance
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data governance standards
- Proven experience in IBM Maximo development and customization
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Maximo configuration tools
- Hands-on experience with MBOs, Automation Scripts, and BIRT reporting
- Familiarity with Maximo workflows, escalations, and cron tasks
- Experience integrating Maximo using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and middleware platforms
- Solid understanding of Maximo upgrade processes and performance tuning
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation
