As a SOC Delivery Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a Managed Delivery Security Operations Center (SOC). This individual ensures the SOC's effectiveness in identifying, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity threats in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves team leadership, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with organizational security goals.
* Oversee SOC operations, ensuring effective threat monitoring and incident response.
* Recruit, train, and mentor SOC staff, fostering career development and collaboration.
* Ensure SOC aligns with regulations and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
* Act as the liaison between the SOC, clients, and organizational leadership.
* 4+ years of experience with SOC services.
* Proven ability to manage and mentor cybersecurity teams effectively.
* Ability to align SOC goals with business objectives and collaborate cross-functionally.
* Proven experience preparing and reporting metrics, KPI, SLA and other indicators to stakeholders.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
* English level upper intermediate.
* Experience supporting multiple clients in a managed services environment.
* Strong communication, presentation, and conflict resolution abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications like CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
