Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generative AI (GenAI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying advanced Generative AI solutions, with expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Agentic AI (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel), and a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
This role requires exceptional Python programming skills and a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies. The candidate will play a key role in driving innovation and implementing AI solutions that align with business objectives, while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Proven experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system development.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks, such as AutoGen.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming (minimum 4 years), with expertise in libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn and TensorFlow (or similar frameworks).
- Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in Generative AI; demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on cloud infrastructure, with knowledge of container-based architectures, cloud technologies, and Linux systems.
- Experience with GenAI cloud services such as AWS SageMaker, Azure AI or Google Cloud AI.

- Strong customer orientation, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively and strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, drafting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences and a collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
- Experience in analytics and machine learning product management.
- Familiarity with financial and economic datasets and analytics in these contexts.
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns for AI and machine learning systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains for machine learning workflows.
- Experience in developing automation solutions for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Hands-on knowledge of managing and securing APIs.
