The RTR Analyst/Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Regional RTR Lead by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting processes. Acting as a tactical business partner to the RTR organisation, this role involves executing financial close activities, managing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving process improvements.
•Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory reporting•Lease Accounting proficiency (Lease Accelerator, IFRS 16, RoU Asset validation)•Skilled in financial consolidation, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations•Strong ERP knowledge•Understanding of tax regulations, exception handling, and FX validations•Experience in sub-consolidation and intercompany reconciliations•Identifies discrepancies and root causes
