Our work at IBM Global Real Estate directly supports research, manufacturing, and development and ensuring that our operations as a global company are environmentally responsible and meet our corporate sustainability goals. Global Real Estate operations create a modern infrastructure where IBM’s greatest innovations can happen.

役割と責任

As an intern, you will contribute to core environmental programs including chemical management, air emissions, water treatment and conservation, and waste management. Specific role and responsibilities will be dependent on the applicant’s skills and interests, but the intern will be exposed to all aspects of environment and sustainability programs and gain an in-depth understanding of the business and what makes it work. All applicants should be:

  • Excited about environmental program management and sustainability
  • Be a hard worker with a growth mindset
  • Enjoy researching new areas in-depth and solving technical problems
  • Be a strong communicator and collaborator, be organized
  • Looking to grow their skills and career in the environmental sector

  • At least two semesters of college-level chemistry

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
