役割と責任

 

As an SDR within Digital Sales you'll be IBMs first line of contact for Red Hat sales in the territory segment. Your primary goal will be to qualify leads, gaining visibility from the customer on their Budgets availability, Decision maker, Business needs, and Time frame within which to procure and set up the requirement, and then successfully convert them into new business opportunities.

With a focus on speed to engage, you will leverage your digital, product, and consultative selling skills to generate quality leads, and connect the dots between clients' needs and Red Hat solutions. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Sales team– advising and supporting new business engagements throughout the critically important early phases of the sales cycle and helping to lead prospects to our solutions.

  • ·       Maintaining up-to-date offering knowledge through continuous personal development and becoming a trusted expert advisor for your clients.
  • ·       Establishing daily customer connections through calls, mails, and social media.
  • ·       Improve the win ratio by converting a higher percentage of identified opportunities into closed deals.
  • ·       Actively participate in and drive sales plays and campaigns.
  • ·       Engaging in social selling via your social media presence. Building your credentials as a thought leader in the space whilst promoting Red Hat and your personal brand whilst engaging and influencing prospective clients.

  • ·       Demonstrable success in lead generation and sales development within Technology or similarly fast-moving, complex categories.
  • ·       A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in fast-paced environments whilst collaborating with others.
  • ·       Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) across a variety of digital platforms with an obsession for client satisfaction.
  • ·       Strong personal integrity and an affinity with technology.
