This role is a support role in a Marketing Operations Project for a Telecommunications Client. This role is involved in ensuring timely delivery and monitoring of campaigns launched on the subscriber base of the client. It requires pro-active and hands on skills in Campaign Management Solutions and strong data and reporting skills as well.
You will be responsible for creating data workflows for clients and optimizing the data engineering pipelines to best fit data use cases for customers.
A degree in computer science is required for this role. You need to have strong concepts and thorough understanding of the following-
1. Multi-Tier Architecture:
- Knowledge of software layering principles
- Experience with backend and frontend development
- Proficiency in server-side technologies (e.g., Java, .NET)
- Database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Understanding of network protocols
2. Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA):
- Proficiency in web services (e.g., SOAP, REST)
- Experience with service orchestration and choreography
- Knowledge of XML, JSON
- Understanding of middleware technologies
- API management skills
3. Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus)
- Knowledge of data transformation and mapping
- Proficiency in message queuing systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
- Understanding of middleware and connectivity solutions
- Familiarity with ETL processes
4. Client-Server Architecture
- Proficiency in client-side programming (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with server-side programming (e.g., Java, Python, PHP)
- Knowledge of network communication protocols (e.g., HTTP, TCP/IP)
- Understanding of database interactions
- Skills in managing web servers and application servers
Prior experience working the following -
HCL Unica , IBM Integration Bus, Oracle Databases
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of DevOps practices
- Skills in API design and management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
