はじめに

As a Business Analyst / Tester Intern, you will support digital transformation programs for leading Japanese corporate banks. You will be involved in requirement gathering, functional documentation, test case design, and validation of core banking, payments, lending, and compliance systems. This role is ideal for students interested in both banking operations and technology consulting.

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from client stakeholders.
  • Document functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
  • Support testing activities: preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, logging defects.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and senior consultants to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
  • Banking domains (core banking, payments, AML, capital markets).

必要な専門的および技術的知識
  • Major in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Technology and Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding (academic or internship exposure) of financial services or banking operations.
  • Interest in digital banking transformation, payment systems, or compliance.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); Japanese language is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing concepts is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment
