The Business Analyst is responsible for ideating, scoping, and building cognitive solutions.
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Explore cognitive use cases;
- Analyze existing processes and the business context;
- Analyze and articulate user needs;
- Analyze impacts (organizational impacts, benefits cases, etc.);
- Analyze the training data sets for cognitive solutions;
- Participate in the development of specifications and timelines for building cognitive solutions;
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders;
- Ensure and apply methodologies for implementing cognitive solutions;
- Participate in the construction of cognitive solutions;
- Facilitate communication between business teams and technical experts.
- At least 5-7 years of experience
- AI experience/knowledge
- Participate in the scoping, development of specifications, and planning for new Artificial Intelligence projects within the group's entities.
- Write clear and precise specifications by describing the technical, functional, and operational requirements of the project.
- Participate in the implementation of new methodologies.
- Identify constraints and requirements, including deadlines, budgets, and necessary resources.
- Build cognitive solutions in collaboration with business teams by organizing workshops. You will be responsible for communicating the Cognitive Factory's methodologies and processes to the entities, using Agile practices.
- Work closely with technical teams, including developers, AI engineers, and designers, to ensure that the specifications are feasible and understandable.
- Lead and conduct the gap analysis between the specifications and product requirements, identifying with product teams the elements that could be part of their roadmap.
