As our Partner Sales Enablement lead, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that equip our valued partners with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to effectively represent and sell IBM’s products and services.In this role, you will be a key driver of partner success, directly contributing to revenue growth and stronger partner relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to understand partner needs and translate them into effective enablement programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Partner Enablement Strategies: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs aligned with our overall partner strategy and business objectives. This includes onboarding, ongoing training, product updates, sales methodologies, and tools.
  • Content Curation: Curate existing content to ensure relevance and accessibility for partners through working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to curate effective enablement content.
  • Delivery of Enablement Programs: Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually, to partner audiences. Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery across all partner segments.
  • Partner Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback from partners to identify enablement gaps and evolving needs. Use this data to continuously improve and tailor enablement programs.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product information, and sales strategies. Act as a central point of contact for partner enablement needs.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define key metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and track partner performance improvements. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Communication and Engagement: Develop and execute communication plans to keep partners informed about new enablement initiatives, product updates, and relevant resources. Foster a strong sense of community and engagement among partners.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT/Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, training, or a related role within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful enablement programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the unique needs of channel partners.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in creating engaging and effective training content
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
