戦略コンサルタ ントの役割は、クライアント企業がデジタルディラプションをリードし、変化の激しい事業環境の中で持続的に成長することを、共に実現することです。そのために、ロジカルシンキングだけでなく、創造性、事業構想力、そして実行力が求められます。戦略コンサルティング部門は、単独で事業として成立しており、他のサービスやソフトウエア製品に依存するものではありません。その上で、IBMの有する、最先端のテクノロジーに関する深い知見、グローバルに広がる適用事例、新ビジネモデルの実現支援力などのケイパビリティをフル活用し、クライアントの変革を実現しています。 そのなかで、デザイナー、データサイエンティスト、基礎研究員などの他のIBMのプロフェッションとコラボレーションして推進するプロジェクトも多くなっています

・戦略コンサルティングファーム、または総合コンサルティングファーム戦略部門（目安として経験３年以上、プロジェクトマネージャー経験があれば尚可）

・事業会社や研究機関の研究部門または技術部門

・事業会社、官公庁または国際機関の、戦略部門、企画部門、新規事業部門、スタートアップ支援部門またはマーケティング部門
