What you’ll do:
You’ll work in a collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code and test
innovative applications for automation of test on large systems.
You’ll employ IBM’s Design Thinking to create products that provide a great user experience
along with high performance, security, quality, and stability.
You’ll create and execute test plans and test cases that are clean, well-documented, and easy to
use and incorporate real world use cases.
You will verify the design and implementation of large-scale systems that enable continuous
delivery.

Must Have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excel at testing large scale enterprise environments.
- Experience debugging complex environments and software issues.
- Expertise in implementing frameworks and test automation using python.
- Exposure to enterprise server and storage systems.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
- Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Experience using z/OS
- Working knowledge of the Assembly Language and/or PL/X
- Ability to analyze system output from system ABENDs (logs, traces, dumps)
- Strong programming skills in C (Willingness to learn Assembler and IBM high level PLX language), PLX, JCL, Assembly, Rexx, Java, Javascript, Unix system scripting Shell/Python.
- QA experience
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Python, Python Test Automation, Automation Framework (Selenium/Robot/Pytest)
- zOS architecture, System programming
- Familiar with z/OS and z/VM
- Programming languages: MVS JCL, REXX,
- Dump reading using Interactive Problem Control System (IPCS). Ability to interpret logs and dumps
