Introduction

IBM Cloud platform combines platform as a service (PaaS) with infrastructure as a service (IaaS) to provide an integrated experience.
Join our mission to create and maintain core services and tools of Platform Experiences.
You will be involved in the end-to-end delivery into production, from requirements gathering through design and implementation through production operations.

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

  • New Feature Development: Take full ownership of complex, end-to-end feature development to enhance platform capabilities and deliver an exceptional user experience.

  • Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code, adherence to coding standards.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Closely work together with product management, design, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and the best solution.

  • Maintaining existing services

  • Documentation: Maintain and update technical documentation.

  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to team cohesion and skill development by facilitating collaborative learning sessions and actively support and guide team members at the local site, helping them grow professionally and overcome technical challenges

Formation requise
Licence
Expertise professionnelle et technique requise

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS application development

  • Experience leading the development of features and projects and owning their completion

  • Proven experience with Typescript and NodeJs

  • Experience in developing REST APIs with express, or with other Node.js library

  • Experience with AI assisted development, proactive mindset towards integrating into daily workflows

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies

  • Experience working in Agile environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies

  • Curiosity, ability & willingness to learn fast and pick up new things easily

  • Mentoring and supporting the team members on the location
