Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

 

As Business Consultant at IBM, you will help IBM Clients solve some of their most challenging business problems, capitalize market opportunities and understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes.

In your role, you may be responsible for:

  • Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
  • Translating client's business needs into business requirements and participating in the production of solutions to drive business value.
  • Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects (development or testing)
  • Knowledge of Jira (creating stories, epics, generating reports)
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile projects
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience with testing
  • Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot)
