Objective of the Job: The End-to-End Lease Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire lease lifecycle, from lease inception to end-of-lease processes. This includes collaboration with Sales, Local Office colleagues, and other departments (Pricing, Accounting, Credit, F&P), as well as disbursements to Business Partners, accurate customer invoicing, asset management, and handling customer queries and disputes. The role ensures high customer satisfaction through efficient operations, timely response to requests, and proactive problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Respond to all Task ID and e-mail requests within 24 hours.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by swiftly processing BP payments, lease inception, and end-of-lease activities.
Accurately register customers' decisions in the IGF Portfolio System and send out End-of-Lease (EoL) letters by the 25th of every month.
Organize and reconcile returned assets and liaise with customers regarding their transactions and queries.
Perform all administrative tasks according to working instructions, keep them up to date, and ensure satisfactory Business Control status.
Compliance and Reporting:
Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and achieve SAT ratings for all internal audits, Continuous Self-Assessments, and Business Control reviews.
Monitor and resolve open unreconciled items on the IGF clearing accounts proactively.
Ensure accurate customer billing, including internal/external flag setting for bottom-line billing.
Team Collaboration and Support:
Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with the IGF team, local office, customers, and business partners.
Actively communicate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure a positive atmosphere and contribute to high customer satisfaction and business growth.
Provide effective back-up within the team during absences and ensure timely follow-up with local office or customer fulfillment to resolve open issues.
Address issues to team leaders or management and escalate cases that may jeopardize achievement measurement attainment and business results.
Training and Development:
Help train and educate new team members to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the team.
Secure effective back-up for tasks within the team in the event of absences.
Ensure compliance with Business Conduct Guidelines (BCG).
Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
Preferable financial background.
Fluent in English.
Good organizational skills and sense of ownership.
Proficiency in Excel.
Ability to understand and adapt to process changes.
Strong communication skills to interact with various departments and stakeholders.
