The Accounts Payable Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the AP team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments in compliance with internal policies and client expectations. This role serves as the main point of contact for escalations, supports team performance and development, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to track KPIs and identify process improvements.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.
