Business Support Operation Professional is responsible for supporting IBM Financing operations for America's.
Responsibilities include
- Contract management: preparation and acceptance, indexing and settlement, billing, mid-lease and end of lease administration;
- Collections and Credit line support: accounts receivable, cash reconciliation and business partner credit limit support;
- Other activities: continuous process improvement initiatives, project management for operational enhancements.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement and system implementation
- Growth mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Excel and data analysis: Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
- Collections and accounts receivable management
- Billing, settlement, contract management and reconciliation processes.
