Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

We are currently recruiting a Business Transformation Consultant - Warehouse & Logistics for a 18-month fixed term contract, based in Sydney to support 

This will be a Full-Time FTH position with an estimated salary range of AUD$78,900.00 to AUD$141,500.00.


Role and responsibility;

The functional consultant is responsible for supporting the activities for WMOS/MAWM implementation of DHL from Australia. As a functional consultant your responsibilities include 

 

  • Provide 24X7 Level 2 applications support for Manhattan WMOS SCPP 2017 and Manhattan Active WM within SLA
  • Support a 3PL operation with over 600+ sites across nine verticals, including life sciences and pharmaceuticals, ensuring timely delivery of essential items globally
  • Resolve any transactional issues reported by the business with provide work around.
  • In case of any server performance related issues, DHL and product teams will have to be forthwith notified and be involved as soon as reasonably possible 
  • Provide On-call/Stand by support during off working hours
  • Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success
  • Participate in client meetings to communicate the status of the support activities

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills – 

  • Hands on experience on Manhattan WMOS Platform 2017 version and Manhattan Active version
  • Hands on experience in Unix, SQL, Manhattan application and Supply chain management system
  • Experience in Inbound operations like Receiving, Put away and inbound ASNs.
  • Experience in Outbound operations waving, picking, packing, manifesting.
  • Good understanding of all the standard WMS features, including inbound operations, inventory management and outbound operations.
  • Experience of providing support for production environments  
  • Strong written and verbal communications
