In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Perform system health monitoring, maintain and support the sites
- Respond to alerts, incidents and work closely with TIER3 and development team to identify and fix potential issues.
- Be responsible for handling and support escalations.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support during changes, outages and application down-time support window. Be responsible for building and integration of development, test and production environments
- Managing server patches, Deploying code via CI/CD pipelines, Password rotation, password management via Vault, perform configuration changes requested by dev team
- Incident management, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
