In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
We are looking for a Salesforce Requirements Analyst to join our team and contribute directly to creating solutions that meet our clients' needs. If you have a passion for translating business challenges into practical solutions in Salesforce, this position is for you!
- Business Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into Salesforce solutions, such as customizing objects, workflows and reports.
- Functional Documentation: Prepare detailed documents, including use cases, process flows and functional requirements, ensuring alignment with business expectations.
- Configuration and Customization: Configuring Salesforce (Sales Cloud), creating objects, custom fields, flows, reports and dashboards. Basic knowledge of Omnscript, Data Raptor and VIP is desirable.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in running manual tests and collaborate with the QA team to validate implemented solutions.
- Post-Implementation Support: Provide support to users, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimize processes within the platform.
- Experience with requirements analysis or configuration in Salesforce.
- Basic knowledge of Sales Cloud (configuring objects, custom fields, etc.).
- Familiarity with tools such as Omnscript, Data Raptor and VIP desirable.
- Ability to document processes and create clear flows.
- Analytical ability to solve complex problems.
- Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud or Admin).
- Previous experience in agile projects.
- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds.
