Accounting for financial transactions, review, control, and billing reports, analysis, monitoring, and management of provisions, timely control and monitoring to manage billing and portfolio processes, reporting and compliance with metrics (KPIs), service level agreements, volume measurements, expense and income analysis and application of figures, creation of billing concepts as well as customer registration, attention to customer requirements, and audits.
Technician or Technologist, or student in the final semesters of Accounting or related programs. Basic knowledge of Accounting, intermediate Excel (databases, pivot tables, simple and nested formulas).
