All IBM Employees and Managers are supported through the digital tier with questions related to HR programs, processes and transactions, with one seamless hand-off to Team HR Partners and HR Functions when needed.
For more complex situations, Managers can connect directly to Team HR Partners through our complex case route.
- Effectively supports employees and managers on HR inquiries in KSA and cross border when needed with a global mindset
- Helps the KSA Country HR Partner on Compliance and Crisis Management in the Country, including responsibilities for external relations as primary liaison with Saudi government HR entities, ensuring compliance and alignment with local labor laws and policies.
- Supports business outcomes through contribution to BU, Global or Market projects
- Provides services in HR operation area, manages employee data
- Be an ambassador for the HR Partner support model and leverage AskHR (our AI HR Assistant) capabilities to engage with clients to enable productivity for business growth
- Integrate & Collaborate across HR – with Client HR Partner/ Business Unit HR Partner / Market & Country HR Partner and HR offering teams in support of business outcomes
- Promotes standardized offering vs home-grown offering
- Responsible for driving continual process improvement to simplify, streamline and improve the client experience
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is based on volume of interactions with employees & managers, time to solution and client satisfaction
- Understands Employee Relations, Labor law & Culture in KSA, speaks Arabic and English
- Is able to work with speed to execution in an environment which is driving high volumes of requests
- Works in an agile way to prioritize deliverables
