We are looking for an Identity and Access Management engineer who will be capable:
- configure and administrate set of IAM product suite (PAM, IGA, AM)
- identify and diagnose malfunctions
- drive incidents, issues and problems to the resolution
- work on functionality enhancements based on change requests
- develop the platforms based on submitted PCRs
- act as Team player and focus on a proactive approach to problems
You will be working among seasoned IAM specialists who maintain existing services for our clients but also participate in expanding/setting-up our service delivery to new business opportunities.
3 years of experience in IT (DB/infrastructure/security/application support).
2 years of "hands on" experience on IAM solutions deployement and maintenance:
• installation, configuration, updates of IAM product suites (IBM, OKTA, SAVIYNT etc.)
• identify and diagnose IAM products and applications
• experience in application administration and maintenance
Knowledge of networking concepts (understanding network configuration; network troubleshooting skills)
Knowledge of linux OSS (connect to servers, operate on files, setting up system).
Very good analytical skills (self-engagement, dedication and independent knowledge/solution seeking)
Scripting skills - proven experience using scripts to automate repetitive tasks.Excellent interpersonal skills (direct contact with customer), and ability to effectively handle sensitive situations (urgent requests, technical questions from several sources).Fluency in English Language.
