In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Strong configuration knowledge of Gross Payroll and Net Payroll
- Experience in payroll data migration
- Manage data replication between EC and HCM Payroll (Point-to-Point or Middleware)
- Ensure compliance with tax, WPS, end-of-service, and GOSI regulations
- Oversee time management, work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence quotas
- Align HR master data with finance integration (posting to FI/CO)
- Conduct payroll testing, parallel runs, reconciliation, and data migration
- Collaborate with audit and compliance teams for reporting and controls
- Configure payroll processes, including wage types, payroll schemas, deductions, taxes, and benefits
- Handle post-payroll processes such as DME, bank transfers, and payroll posting in FI
- Integrate payroll with Time, Benefits, FI, and generate payroll and statutory reports
- Analyze payroll issues and provide support
- Configure pay scale, wage type structures, symbolic accounts, employee groups/subgroups, leave encashment, arrears recovery, and deduction priorities
- ECP Certification (Mandatory), Experience in SAP HR processes, including:
- Payroll on-premise (Middle East countries mandatory), Replication / Data migration
- 7-9 years of payroll implementation experience, Experience in creating custom Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR) and schemas
- Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance in Middle East countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.)
- Experience integrating SAP HR/Payroll with finance (FI), controlling (CO), and third-party payroll systems
- Experience with SAP tools (LSMW, BDC, ABAP Debugging)
- Experience in interfaces and major HR transformation programs
