Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

1. Project Delivery (Implementation & Roll-Out):

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules in full-cycle projects.

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions aligned with best practices.

  • Configure SAP FI components:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Asset Accounting (AA)

    • Bank Accounting

  • Configure SAP CO components:

    • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

    • Internal Orders (IO)

    • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

    • Product Costing

    • Profitability Analysis (COPA)

  • Ensure seamless integration with related modules such as MM, SD, and PP.

  • Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support data migration and cutover activities.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide documentation for end users and key users.

2. Support (AMS – Application Management Services):

  • Deliver ongoing functional support for SAP FI/CO modules including incident resolution, minor enhancements, and performance tuning.

  • Analyze business issues and identify root causes, offering sustainable solutions.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities in FI and CO.

  • Manage and document change requests, configuration changes, and functional specifications for technical developments.

  • Coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to implement solutions efficiently.

  • Advise users on best practices and propose process improvements based on system capabilities.

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration and support.

  • Deep understanding of business processes in finance, accounting, and controlling.

  • Experience with integration across FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP.

  • Exposure to S/4HANA is an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of local statutory and tax requirements (e.g., in Indonesia, if applicable).

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently or within a team in both project and support environments.
