Votre rôle et vos responsabilités
Validating Tax Documents: Receiving, checking and validating incoming invoices (goods, services, fixed assets, etc.), ensuring that the data is correct and complies with tax legislation.
Posting and recording: Posting and recording tax documents in the ERP system, correctly classifying operations according to the chart of accounts and the nature of the transactions.
Tax analysis: Analyzing the correct application of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) and withholdings on tax documents received.
Identifying discrepancies: Identifying and dealing with discrepancies in tax documents, contacting internal areas and/or suppliers for regularization.
Interfacing with Internal Areas: Interfacing with the Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting and Accounts Payable areas to ensure the efficient flow and correct accounting of operations.
Audit support: Providing support in preparing documents and information for internal and external audits related to tax receipts.
Legal Knowledge: Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation, especially with regard to the receipt of tax documents and their impact.
