An Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and planning cloud application and infrastructure architectures, ensuring security and compliance. This role involves connecting private and public clouds, providing orchestration, management, and application portability between them. By thinking strategically, the Enterprise Architect creates technical solutions to achieve client objectives in complex situations. They own the complex solution strategy and design, delivering value-added architecture consulting to global clients. This role also includes defining and executing technical adoption and migration strategies, working with highly technical teams, and engaging client development, infrastructure, security, and IT operations teams to identify repeatable patterns and architectures for cloud migration. The Enterprise Architects also create IT Strategies aligned with business strategies and draw roadmaps of hot to get to target operating model. They should be able to take a CBM (Component Business Mdel) and then take it downstreams. They should be able to set up Architecture group with in an organization and also help set up givernance frameworks and Design Authorities.
1. Enteprise Architect with TOGAF experience and at least 20 years of IT expeirence.
2. A minimum of 10 years of Energy & Resources Experience
3. A minimum of 3 engagements where Enteprise Architecture has been created for client.
4. Good in designing architecture to meet customer’s non-functional requirements.
5. Hands-on experience in leading a team for project implementation
6. Good problem solving skill, communication skill and commercial/engagement support sense.
