- Own the global product strategy and roadmap for digital asset offerings, with a focus on enterprise-grade solutions.
- Drive innovation across self-custody, orchestration, stablecoins, and regulated tokenized assets.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, aligning closely with global sales, ecosystem partners, and marketing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and client teams to ensure product-market fit and technical excellence.
- Engage externally with clients, partners, and industry bodies to evangelize our vision and offerings.
- Deliver thought leadership and product presentations at worldwide events and industry conferences
- Support strategic sales efforts with deep product and market expertise.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging trends to ensure our solutions remain best-in-class.
- 5+ years of experience in the digital asset industry, with strong tenure at leading providers in custody, self-custody, tokenization, or stablecoins.
- Proven experience at a self-custody provider, digital asset ISV, or stablecoin platform.
- Deep understanding of stablecoin operations, including issuance, redemption, and platform integration.
- Hands-on experience with tokenized assets and tokenization frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of blockchain protocols and enterprise integration patterns.
- Demonstrated success in product management, from strategy through execution.
- Experience leading go-to-market strategies, including alignment with sales and partnerships.
- Strong network across the digital asset ecosystem, including relationships with senior stakeholders in financial institutions.
- Familiarity with IBM technologies (e.g., IBM Offline Signing Orchestrator) is preferred.
- Experience in technical sales or solution design is a strong plus.
- Deep expertise in stablecoins, custody, self-custody, tokenization, and blockchain protocols.
- Strong product leadership and strategic execution capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex client needs into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.
