In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

As  Business Consultant at ou will help IBM Clients solve some of their most challenging business problems, capitalize market opportunities and understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes.

In your role, you may be responsible for:

  • Learning and adopting consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment.
  • Translating client's business needs into business requirements and participating in the production of solutions to drive business value.
  • Working with clients to refine or design their business strategy while working in an agile collaborative environment.

Profissional com sólida experiência na configuração e administração do watsonx Assistant, responsável por projetar, implementar e otimizar fluxos conversacionais robustos. Deve ter expertise em UX, integração de sistemas e análise de dados para aprimorar continuamente a experiência do usuário para Whatsapp e Voz.

Requisitos:  

  •  Experiência comprovada em configuração e administração do watsonx Assistant ou plataformas similares.  
  •  Conhecimento aprofundado em design de jornadas conversacionais e mapeamento de UX.   
  •  Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados e com visão estratégica.   
  •  Experiência prévia em ambientes ágeis e liderança de projetos.
