As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and understanding business needs in order to propose appropriate solutions. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and documenting user requirements, while working closely with business and technical teams.
In collaboration with the various stakeholders (internal teams, partners and customers), you will be involved in the entire project cycle:
- Analyze existing processes and the business context to identify optimization levers;
- Gather and formalize user requirements;
- Evaluate the organizational, functional and financial impacts (ROI) of the planned changes;
- Write functional specifications in the form of User Stories;
- Monitor developments and coordinate with technical teams;
- Participate in user testing and functional acceptance phases;
- Guarantee the quality of deliverables produced by the development team;
- Participate in release management;
- Lead workshops with stakeholders (IBM, customers, etc.);
- Ensure smooth communication between business teams and technical experts.
- At least 3 years' proven experience in a similar position;
- Higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in IT, management or equivalent;
- Mastery of business processes and functional analysis techniques;
- Solid competence in office automation tools (Excel, PowerPoint);
- Familiarity with Agile methods;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt your discourse according to your interlocutors.
- Fluent French language
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) or project management (PMI, Scrum Master);
- Mastery of project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello);
- Experience of test management tools (ALM);
- Knowledge of Java technical environments and SQL language;
- Experience in the banking sector would be a real asset.
