In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

 

  • Development & Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both backend and frontend applications.
  • Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable and reliable server-side applications using Python.
  • Frontend Development: Develop responsive and intuitive web interfaces using React or other modern front-end frameworks.
  • Cloud Integration: Work with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure to deploy, manage, and optimize cloud-based applications.
  • Agile Methodology: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development, AI, and cloud computing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with international teams, ensuring effective communication and delivering high-quality features on time.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to maintain high standards of software quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Programming Languages: Proficiency preferably in Python for backend development.
  • Frontend Technologies: Knowledge of React (or similar modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular).
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services, particularly AWS or Azure.
  • Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to approach complex issues with a logical, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, adaptable, and proactive attitude.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • AI & Machine Learning: Exposure to AI technologies or interest in AI-driven solutions.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization tools.
  • CI/CD: Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices
