Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

The Software Brand Sales Specialist (FLM) is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals dedicated to promoting and selling a specific brand. This role involves a deep understanding of the brand, market dynamics, and consumer behavior to drive sales and enhance brand equity. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise, coach, and mentor the sales team to enhance their skills and performance, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets. 
  • Brand Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy and business objectives. 
  • Sales Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes to boost productivity. 
  • Market Understanding: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and tactics. 
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering brand loyalty. 
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the team to create accurate sales forecasts, identify trends, and make informed decisions. 
  • Channel Management: Oversee the sales distribution channels to ensure optimal brand representation and customer reach. 
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines, as well as company policies and brand standards. 
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product details, brand values, and sales techniques.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant sales management qualification would be advantageous. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 3 years in a management capacity, preferably in a brand sales environment. 
  • Proven track record of successful brand sales leadership and target achievement. 
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, brand management principles, and market research techniques. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Passion for the brand and commitment to its values and mission. The First Line Brand Sales Manager role is a strategic one, requiring a blend of sales expertise, brand knowledge, and leadership skills. This individual is instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing the brand's reputation, making them a vital asset to any organization.
