In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités
  • An Application Developer with DevOps skills is adept at installing, configuring, and managing popular DevOps automation tools on both cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
  • They possess a deep understanding of the project and application context, enabling them to tailor the DevOps tools accordingly.
  • This individual is proficient in setting up continuous integration for automated and continuous builds, creating build scripts and versioning, packaging and deploying applications on servers, and establishing continuous testing.

Expertise professionnelle et technique requise

• 5+ years of experience in IT • 3+ years equivalent DevSecOps experience including hands on open source or vendor specific tooling knowledge. • 3+ years of experience with leading DevOps / CI/CD orchestration tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI etc. • 2+ Years Scripting (e.g. Python, PERL or SHELL) and automation • 2+ Years working with Agile development and project management methodologies. • 2+ years source control experience administering version control systems (i.e. Github, GitLab, BitBucket) • 2+ years of experience in artifact repository management and administration of tools like JFrog Xray, Nexus repository • 2+ years of demonstrated containerization expertise including, docker. Kubernetes, openshift platforms
