We are currently seeking a skilled Sterling Order Management Architect to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad and Bangalore, contributing to our mission of delivering cutting-edge Order management solutions.

  • Your primary responsibilities include:
  • As an Sterling OMS Architect, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and engaging user experiences for our customers* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate AI concepts into actionable product features. Ensure alignment across teams to deliver AI-driven solutions on time and within scope. 
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitor offerings. Use insights to refine AI product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their pain points and requirements related to AI-driven functionalities in Order Management Systems. Use feedback to inform product development and prioritize AI features that deliver the most value

  • Should have minimum work experience of 10-12 years
  • 5+ years’ experience in Order Management either as a practitioner or in technology deployment
  • Experience in performance testing of IBM Sterling OMS (on Prem /SaaS)
  • Experience in performance tuning of IBM Sterling OMS covering but not limited to Application properties setup for performance
Expertise professionnelle et technique préférée
  • Experience as a OMS user, administrator, or application developer
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and hybrid topologies is a plus
  • Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies
