In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Votre rôle et vos responsabilités
  • As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation

Expertise professionnelle et technique requise
  • Minimum 12+ Years of experience.
  • Need D365 CRM architect with copilot experience is must
  • Service Area- Digital Adoption and Identity (Omni-channel)   
  • Marketing D365 & Knowledge of the marketing functionality including - **Marketing area is expanding, and knowledge of this segment will be a highlight**    
  • Segments, Triggers, Email Creation Knowledge to extend them through multiple connectors – **esp.. HTML Coding (will be a big plus not a deal breaker though
Expertise professionnelle et technique préférée
  • API Knowledge, Plugins/Actions/Custom Workflows,DevOps,User Story Writing, Acceptance Criteria Writing, Task Management
  • Customer Journeys, Power Automate, Knowledge of basic flows (Dataverse connector),
  • Bonus Skills- Any knowledge of ForgeRock, Apigee
